You will enter directly into a large, modern and bright living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker as well as the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare good meals), a dining table for 6 people as well as a lounge area with openings onto the garden. To the left of the entrance is a first bedroom with a double bed 140*190cm as well as a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.
On the upper floor, you will find an open-plan room equipped with a double click-clack sofa bed 140*190cm with access to the balcony. As well as a large bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed 160*190cm with a large storage wardrobe. An independent toilet completes the upper floor.
For your convenience, 2 parking spaces are available to you in the courtyard of the accommodation.
A washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron are also at your disposal during your stay.

This 120 m² house comprises a pleasant, open and welcoming living space. You will first enter through the American-style kitchen, with gas, fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the essential utensils for preparing delicious meals.
