Welcome to Pouliguen! This charming house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Ideally located, you will have everything nearby: the market, restaurants and shops, the port and the beach. Thus, you will be able to enjoy your holidays on foot or by bike!
Inside, the lounge, a warm place with beautiful openings, original parquet flooring and a stove, perfect for moments of conviviality. You will also find a desk corner if you need to work from home. A second lounge is available, inviting you to take a break in front of the television. Finally, the kitchen-dining room will be the place where you will enjoy preparing and savouring delicious meals. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a gas hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

The house can comfortably accommodate 8 people with its 5 bedrooms. The first is located on the ground floor, offering all the necessary comfort with its Queen size bed (160x200) and its en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, you will find four other bedrooms, three with a Queen size bed and another with two single beds. All are soberly decorated, retaining their original parquet flooring, thus creating spaces conducive to sleep. For added comfort, a bathroom with shower and bathtub is available, another bathroom is located upstairs, and you will also have access to a washing machine and a hair dryer.

The garden of the house is a place where you can enjoy the fine weather, sunbathe, have barbecues and enjoy delicious breakfasts.

You will love the many activities available on site: swimming pool (unheated and accessible from 1st June to 15th September), table football, table tennis, home cinema, everything is designed so that everyone can find their happiness.

Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house spread over two levels can accommodate up to 10 travellers.

Upon your arrival you will discover the lounge with its large sofas and a fireplace, ideal for moments of relaxation. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped (induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster as well as a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine are also at your disposal. You can share your meals at the dining table or you can also enjoy the garden with its barbecue.
