Located on the south coast of the Rhuys peninsula, this lovely new house, designed to accommodate 8 people, welcomes you. Midway between Rouvran beach and Banester beach, it is the ideal place for a seaside holiday, and everything can be done by bicycle.
You enter this beautiful 110 m² house through the large open ground floor room, in a TV lounge furnished in a contemporary style, with its comfortable and modern sofa. Then, you discover a beautiful wooden table with a rustic top but modern style, around which 8 cosy and colourful seats invite you to sit down for a good meal. But before treating yourself, you'll need to go through the large brand new kitchen. Very well equipped, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, as well as a dishwasher.
