Able to accommodate up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 children), this house opens its doors to a living space where you will want to gather as a family after a day at the beach. You will find a dining area and a lounge area with television, both featuring blue touches that remind you of the sea breeze. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and will make you want to cook delicious dishes. You will find induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine, a toaster and a kettle. On the sleeping side, you will find a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, like hideaways nestled under the eaves, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed will delight the children (and only teenage children as the upstairs has rather low ceilings, approximately 1.50 to 1.60m). You will also have a shower room. Finally, you will love enjoying the long summer evenings on the terrace that the house offers you.

In the charming commune of L'Épine, on the island of Noirmoutier, we have found for your holiday this large family home, equipped to welcome 5 people (4 adults and one child).

With its enclosed garden, ideal for playing and relaxing, as well as its terrace equipped for your outdoor meals (furniture and barbecue), the exterior promises you wonderful moments from your arrival.

On one level, the house opens onto a large living room adorned with beautiful white beams and a decorative fireplace, bringing undeniable charm to the room. On one side, the dining room invites you to share good meals, whilst on the other, a large sofa and armchair await you for moments of relaxation. The lounge is equipped with a television, perfect for watching a good film or following sporting events.

In the independent kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a ceramic hob for preparing good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make life easier for you. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker will help you start the day well.

On the sleeping side, the house offers 3 bedrooms. The first and second bedroom have a Queen size bed (160x200). The third bedroom, more intended for children, is equipped with a simple mezzanine bed, thus freeing up a nice floor space for playing.

You will also find a lovely bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a double sink, as well as a separate WC.
