You will be charmed by its lovely enclosed and tree-lined garden, an ideal place to watch your children play. Good moments of conviviality await you on the terrace around a barbecue!
Ideal for a relaxing stay, this 200 m² house can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Upon your arrival, you will discover the cosy and warm lounge area.
The beautiful dining room with its wood-burning stove will be perfect for sharing convivial moments together.
The large kitchen open to the dining room, overlooking the garden and perfectly equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle) offers you everything you need to prepare good meals.
On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms located upstairs:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 2: "dormitory" bedroom equipped with two bunk beds (ideal for 4 children or teenagers)
A shower room, a bathroom with toilet and an independent toilet complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you.

Located in the Larvor district in Loctudy, this house is fully equipped to welcome up to 6 travellers and offers an exceptional setting with direct access to the ocean thanks to a private removable staircase located at the end of the terrace. Enjoy a large furnished terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for your meals facing the sea or breathtaking sunsets. Here, everything invites you to relax: swimming, water activities, rock pooling, or hiking on the mythical GR34 coastal path accessible just a few steps away.
Pass through the entrance door and discover a large, warm living space with breathtaking ocean views, thanks to a large bay window opening directly onto the terrace. The kitchen, modern and open-plan, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need for cooking. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people or opt for the one on the terrace facing the sea.
