This 200 m² house is composed of a cozy and warm living room, a beautiful dining room with a wood stove, and a large independent kitchen, fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle etc...) overlooking the garden.
You will also find on the ground floor: a laundry room (sink, sink, washing machine, dryer), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
The first floor serves a bedroom for a couple, a dormitory room, and a bathroom.

Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you.

Come and put your bags in this house in Loctudy! Its large garden welcomes you for moments of relaxation in the sun and good grills on sunny days. The house is completely renovated, bringing you modernity and comfort.
Enter and on your left you will find the simple dining room, with a large table that invites you to moments of meetings around good meals to share with family or friends. To the right, you will find a cozy living room overlooking the garden, ideal for a chat over a cup of coffee or a TV break.
As for the charcoal gray kitchen, it is a very pleasant space with numerous openings to the outside where you will like to take the time to prepare good dishes for yourself and your loved ones.
