Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. You will appreciate the large enclosed garden and the outdoor courtyard fitted with garden furniture, perfect for your summer meals. It is the ideal starting point for discovering all the treasures of the Black Périgord while enjoying the town's activities.
Only the ground floor of the house is accessible.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher), allowing you to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker are also available. Share your meals in the dining room around the table for four people, or enjoy the outdoor one on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the living area, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.
The accommodation has a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and hairdryer, as well as a separate second toilet.
Two rooms are at your disposal, each equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and storage space. One of the rooms has direct access to the bathroom and toilet.
