This pretty house of 60m², in the center of Noirmoutier en l'île near the castle, shops and restaurants, opens its doors to you for beautiful family vacations. Whether outside or inside, a warm and friendly atmosphere reigns within the latter and you will love to find yourself there.
This unit has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. With friends or family, do not hesitate any longer and come and share moments together.
You will find in the property a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a refrigerator, a combined oven - microwave, a brand new dishwasher, a washing machine, a French press and a toaster, enough to prepare your best recipes. You can enjoy these in the bright and welcoming dining room, or opt for a meal in the sun on the terrace (15 m²).
Outside, find an enclosed garden with its garden furniture, to enjoy the beautiful air and the sun.
You will have access to the residence's collective swimming pool (dimensions 20m by 8 m, temperature between 21 and 24° unheated).
Parking: a space in the covered car park will be available throughout your stay and spaces dedicated to your bikes.

- 300 m from the restaurant “Terre et Mer”
- 400 m from the supermarket “Pâtisserie Boulangerie Louiche”
- 450 m from the supermarket “Lidl”
- 2 km from the sandy beach “Plage des Sableaux”
In order to get around the island, we recommend cycling. From L'Herbaudière you are a few minutes from Le Vieil, Noirmoutier-en-l'Île and the unmissable Bois de la Chaize Beach and its famous sailing club. Take a photo in front of the traditional wooden beach huts... And calculate your arrival time carefully to discover the Island by arriving via the Gois, it's a magical moment!
