Located in the Kérity district in Penmarc'h, close to the fishing port, Eckmühl lighthouse and not far from Pointe de La Torche, this fully renovated L-shaped house of 105 m² can accommodate up to 8 people. You will also enjoy an enclosed garden and a 40 m² terrace. A barbecue is at your disposal to share delicious grilled food during summer evenings.
By passing through the garden, you will have direct access to the fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. This room also includes a bathroom with shower and an independent WC. To your left is the main living area: a large lounge-dining room with a table for 8 people and a TV corner sofa. On the other side of the ground floor, you will discover a spacious master suite with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom with shower and an independent WC.
The accommodation has two sleeping areas, accessible by two separate staircases. The first, located above the kitchen, includes a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), note that the staircase leading to this bedroom is steep. The second, accessible from the lounge, serves two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200 cm) and the other with a king-size bed (180x200 cm). Please note that all king-size beds can be separated into two single beds to suit your needs.
For your comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal throughout your stay.

Welcome to Penmarc'h, in this family home located just a stone's throw from the Torche surf spots, in Bigouden country.
Spacious, bright and easy to live in, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Here, you can easily get to Ster beach which is just a few metres away, but also enjoy the large garden, completely enclosed, where children can play safely.
