Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be seduced by a large living room of over 60 m², elegantly decorated and bright, with direct access to the terrace. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
Share your meals around the large dining table that can accommodate up to 7 guests, or settle in the conservatory to enjoy a friendly moment in front of the television, while enjoying natural light. In the evening, relax in the living room, with its large comfortable sofa, coffee table and a second television. A bathroom with an Italian shower and an independent toilet complete the ground floor.
