A recently renovated 30 m² house awaits you there, offering modern and functional amenities to accommodate up to four people. Ideally situated just 400 metres from the sea, you can enjoy the luxury of having the beach on your doorstep. Whether you wish to breathe in the fresh morning air or savour the afternoon sun, you can access it at any time, throughout your stay. A vast garden with terrace will offer you a comfortable space to share delicious meals with family or friends, in a convivial setting. We should clarify that the garden is shared with another house belonging to the same owners, they insist on the fact that they will never be there in the presence of tenants.
This house welcomes you with a cosy lounge equipped with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space as well as a television. The kitchen, open to the lounge, is equipped with an oven, a microwave, induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, a small dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and all the utensils necessary for cooking. You will also find a bathroom with WC and washing machine. Upstairs, you will have access to the bedroom equipped with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a large bed (180 x 200) or separated if necessary. You will have access to the large garden with terrace, and a table tennis table is at your disposal.
