A recently renovated 30 m² house awaits you there, offering a modern and functional layout to accommodate up to four people. Ideally located just 400 meters from the sea, you can enjoy the luxury of having the beach just a stone's throw from home. Whether you want to breathe in the fresh morning air or enjoy the afternoon sun, you can access it anytime, throughout your stay. A large garden with terrace will offer you a comfortable space to share delicious meals with family or friends, in a friendly setting. We specify that the garden is shared with another house belonging to the same owners, they insist that they will never be there in the presence of a tenant.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, induction hob, fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the utensils needed to cook. You will also find a shower room with WC and washing machine. Upstairs, you will access the bedroom equipped with two single beds that can be glued together to form a large bed (180 x 200) or separated if necessary. You will have access to the large garden with terrace, and a table tennis table is available.
