Cozy and modern house of 80 m², overlooking the garden in Piriac-sur-Mer which has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, and the second which has two pull-out beds). In the living room, the sofa unfolds to offer you an additional bed. The house can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. You will find a shower room. It has a garden with terrace equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor shower and a barbecue, outdoor parking in the same building, a TV and an iron. The American kitchen with induction hob is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, kettle and juicer.

La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Je recherchais du calme et c'était parfait. Le grand jardin était un plus auquel je ne m'attendais pas. Et cerise sur le gâteau : il y avait un jeu d'échecs !!!

Super maison, sous les pins, au calme, très bien équipée, à 10min de la plage à pied. La terrasse et le jardin sont très appréciables. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec notre fille de 2 ans.
