Ideally situated just 150 metres from the beach, it will allow you to fully enjoy the pleasures of the coast and swimming at any time of day. From the bedroom located upstairs, you can even catch a glimpse of the sea.
This house is the ideal place to fully enjoy the summer, with family or friends, in a pleasant setting where everything is gathered for a successful seaside holiday by the ocean.

Upon arrival at the house, you will need to go up to the 1st floor to discover the spacious living area with a lounge corner comprising a sofa, a television, a fireplace (decorative only) and access to the terrace. You will also find a welcoming dining table as well as an open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, it has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.

The house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: on the ground floor, with a double bed (140/190)
A master suite: on the ground floor, with a double bed (140/190) and an en-suite bathroom. A travel cot is available. Bedroom 3: on the 2nd floor, with a double bed (140/190), with a desk area and a sofa right next to it

You will have access to another bathroom with shower and bathtub on the ground floor, and a third one is located on the first floor with a shower and a hairdryer.
A laundry room is available with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron.

To park, 3 parking spaces are available in front of the house.
