Welcome to Pleurtuit! This charming 90 m² house welcomes you for a peaceful stay a few kilometres from the Emerald Coast and Dinard. Ideally located in a quiet residential area, just 500 m from the town centre, it offers a pleasant view of the garden and provides all the necessary comfort for a stay with family or friends.
Outside, a lovely enclosed garden will offer you a verdant setting to enjoy beautiful days in complete tranquillity. The 30 m² terrace, fitted with a table and barbecue, is ideal for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation in the shade of the trees.
As soon as you enter the house, you will discover a beautiful, bright and warm living space. The lounge, carefully furnished, invites you to relax thanks to its comfortable sofas and television for your movie evenings. The dining room, open to the living area, offers a beautiful space to enjoy your meals. Just next to it, a corner with a small desk is installed, allowing you to have a teleworking space.
The kitchen, open to the living area, modern and fully equipped, has everything necessary to prepare good little dishes: gas hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you might need.
On the night side, two cosy bedrooms with double beds (140x200) await you for restful nights. A spacious bathroom, with bathtub, shower and hair dryer, will allow you to relax after your busy days. A separate toilet completes the sanitary facilities.
For greater convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron, childcare equipment (travel cot, high chair and pushchair) and two private parking spaces outside the house.
