Welcome to Plouguerneau in this brand new villa designed for comfortable holidays. You will enjoy a large garden with heated swimming pool, large equipped terrace, hot tub and private pétanque court, as well as a second upstairs terrace offering superb sea views. The beach is only 800 metres away and the town with its shops is 2 km away. Fully equipped, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 9 travellers.

**The swimming pool is open and heated from 14/04 to 31/10, the hot tub is accessible all year round.**

The accommodation has 4 bedrooms:

- On the ground floor: two bedrooms with Queen Size beds (160x190 cm) and direct access to the terrace, as well as a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a trundle bed.

- On the first floor: a large master suite with a King Size bed (180x200 cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower and hairdryer).

The large living space is located upstairs. It has a modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs) offering you everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine are at your disposal. You can share your meals around the dining table for 9 people, or enjoy the one on the terrace in summer. A bar area with stools completes the room. In the evening, gather in the lounge, comfortably settled in the sofas facing the television.

Two other bathrooms are also at your disposal: one with shower and toilet, the other, located next to the jacuzzi, with shower. The accommodation also has 3 independent toilets.

Near the swimming pool there is a covered outdoor kitchen, equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, hob plates, a gas barbecue and a refrigerator.

A washing machine, a baby cot and a high chair are available.

You will be able to park up to 5 vehicles in the courtyard and store your bicycles safely in the garage.
