The house comprises an outdoor space with a large enclosed garden, a 20m2 terrace, a barbecue, and a raw wood dining table that will host your meals. Two private parking spaces are available in the property's courtyard.
The interior includes a large, authentic and comfortable living area, with an open and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine, plus all necessary kitchen utensils for preparing good meals). A cosy sofa for relaxing and a dining area open to the terrace.
You will also find on the ground floor: a double bedroom with a 140*190cm double bed, an independent toilet, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
