Located at the gates of the historic district of Pornic and just 600m from "La plage de la Noëveillard", the port, shops, bars and restaurants; "Les Iris" is a single-storey house of 90m², set in an enclosed garden of 600 m². It has two double bedrooms (beds of 140 and 160) and a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 people.

The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home; induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine…. The lounge has a television and Wi-Fi access. (Fireplace not available) The veranda serves as a dining room and overlooks the enclosed garden. A shower room and separate WC complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a washing machine, hairdryer, travel cot, garden table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue are available.

This single-storey house of 73 m², typical of old fishermen's houses, is located in the sought-after "Gourmalon" district where villas, chalets, a chapel and kiosks each tell a story. It comprises three interconnecting double bedrooms, an enclosed garden and a 20m² terrace, thus accommodating up to 6 people.

Please note that its layout is atypical, with "interconnecting" bedrooms (each bedroom leads to another room).

A shower room, two toilets and a utility room with washing machine and a second shower complete the accommodation.
A sheltered outdoor space away from prying eyes allows you to store bicycles or beach equipment.
