Located in a dead-end street, this family house of 135m² is situated on a closed and secure garden of 1900m² with a jacuzzi and children's play area and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The house is composed on the ground floor of an open kitchen and back kitchen equipped with a gas stove with three ovens as well as all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: American-style refrigerator, microwave, ovens, Delonghi coffee grinder, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, mixer, cooker, air fryer, raclette machine and kitchen utensils. The TV lounge - dining room with Wi-Fi access leads to the 100m² terrace and garden. An air-conditioned suite with a double bed (160 bed), private bathroom and an independent toilet complete this level.
The upstairs has two double rooms (160 and 140 beds) each with access to a balcony, then a shower room and an independent toilet. For maximum comfort, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, an electric barbecue, sun loungers, garden furniture and two electric sun canopies are also provided.
You have four parking spaces adjacent to the house and a carport with a secure socket for charging your electric vehicle.
A cycle lane outside the main roads allows you to reach the town centre of Pornic in a matter of minutes.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Pornic la maison est agréable à vivre et joliment décorée. La chambre parentale au RDC avec salle de bain et dressing attenant est un plus .La literie est confortable et pour les inconditionnels de la TV chaque csee more
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Pornic la maison est agréable à vivre et joliment décorée. La chambre parentale au RDC avec salle de bain et dressing attenant est un plus .La literie est confortable et pour les inconditionnels de la TV chaque chambres en plus du salon dispose de son poste de télévision. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle ou rien ne manque pour l’élaboration des repas. Nous avons profité d’une belle et grande terrasse meublée et ombragée grâce aux stores-banne électriques. Le jardin prête à l’évasion avec sa végétation exotique son hamac et son jacuzzi. le terrain est vaste et permet de stationner plusieurs véhicules . Notre petite fille a pu y courir et jouer au ballon, Un terrain de boule est a disposition également. Le jacuzzi avec sa température agréable et ses multiples jets d’eau relaxant peut accueillir 4 personnes et plus . Ce fut un plaisir de s’y abandonner après nos excursions dans la région . Nous avons pu assister au lancement du feu d’artifice depuis la terrasse du 1er étage ,,,nous étions aux anges !
Le quartier est calme et le centre ville facilement accessible à pieds ou à vélo. la présence du site d’accrobranche à proximité est parfait pour les risques tout ! Et la promenade prés de l’étang est un plus pour les marcheurs ou randonneurs. Nous avons été accueilli avec gentillesse et professionnalisme par virginie qui d’emblée a su devancer nos questions lors de notre arrivée. Ce fut de belles vacances merci à Hoomy et à nos hôtes ! |
