The TV lounge - dining room with Wi-Fi access and wood stove gives access to the 100m² terrace and garden. An air-conditioned suite with double bed (160 bed), private bathroom and then an independent toilet completes this level.

The first floor has two double rooms (160 and 140 beds) each with access to the balcony and then a shower room and an independent toilet. For maximum comfort, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, an electric barbecue, sunbeds, garden furniture and two electric sun canopies are also available. You have four parking spaces adjacent to the house and a carport with a secure socket for charging your electric vehicle. A cycle path away from main roads allows you to reach Pornic city centre in just a few minutes.
