Description
This 90 m² single-storey house and its enclosed, tree-lined garden of 900m² are ideally located to enjoy all the activities of the surrounding seaside resorts. Just 300m from the first beaches between sea and countryside, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people (3 adults and 3 children)
The living room-dining room has a television, WIFI internet connection (fibre network) and a fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, blender, kettle, oil-free fryer and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The night area consists of a master suite (180 bed) with private bathroom, WC and laundry room, a double room (160 bed) and a dormitory room with a single bed (90 bed) then in the mezzanine (low ceiling height) a double bed (140 bed) and a single bed (80 bed). An independent bathroom with WC completes the rental.
For maximum comfort, a desk with large screen and Apple keyboard, a washing machine, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, a fan, childcare equipment (high chair and Baby Björn bed), a barbecue, ping pong table and outdoor furniture (tables, chairs and lounger) are provided.
Up to three vehicles can be parked in the closed and secure park of the rental.

From the village of Sainte Marie, reach the Porteau creek to take the customs officers' path that borders the ocean until Montbeau beach. Join the Marina via the Ocean Boulevard. From there, the path along the cliff leads you to the Blue Beard Castle. Take a break on "the licking wall". Further on, discover the impressive Tumulus des Mousseaux, a classified megalithic site. Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchot Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice Creams and Jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious Galettes from "St-Michel", the equally good hot or cold "Le curé Nantais" and, in moderation, the local beers from "La Brigantine".
This location benefits from a concierge service available throughout your stay.

Le stationnement a 2 voitures est très compliqué avec des manœuvres de demi tour très sportives. Il faudrait agrandir l aire de stationnement. Un dallage de l'accès à la porte d'entrée arrière serait bienvenu.
