Welcome to Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer, in the Porteau district, in the immediate vicinity of Pornic.

Just 300 m from the first beaches and small sandy coves, this single-storey house of 90 m² is ideal for family or friends' holidays. Its enclosed and tree-lined garden offers a pleasant outdoor space to relax, have lunch outdoors, play table tennis or simply enjoy sunny days.

This single-storey house can accommodate up to 8 people, it includes:
A master suite with 180 cm bed, en-suite bathroom, WC and linen space, office with Apple screen and keyboard

A double bedroom with 160 cm bed

A dormitory bedroom with a 90 cm single bed and a low mezzanine with low ceiling height, accessible from the bedroom with a 140 cm mattress and another 80 cm mattress

The open-plan kitchen overlooking the living area is fully equipped: electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker, teapot, toaster, citrus press, blender, kettle, oil-free fryer, small wine rack and all kitchen essentials.

The lounge-dining room is designed for sharing good times after a day at the beach or a walk along the coast. You will find: Television, high-speed Wi-Fi access via fibre optic, fireplace, board games.

An independent shower room with WC completes the rental.

For maximum comfort, we have also put at your disposal a fan, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an ironing table and iron, a high chair and travel cot.

The enclosed and secure grounds with a gate will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors with barbecue, table tennis table and garden furniture with sun awning. 3 vehicles can be parked directly on the property

The accommodation benefits from a concierge service, with a team available throughout your stay.

Bed linen is offered as an optional extra. When booked, it is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay. It is not replaced during your stay.

Cleaning during your stay is not included in the services offered.

One of the great assets of the house is its proximity to the coast.
From the village of Sainte-Marie, easily reach Porteau Cove, then take the customs officers' path that runs along the ocean to Montbeau Beach.

Continue your walk towards the marina via Ocean Boulevard, then continue along the corniche to the famous Pornic Castle, before taking a break at the "mur de la lèche".
Heritage enthusiasts can also discover the Tumulus des Mousseaux, an impressive classified megalithic site.
And after the effort, time for local specialities! Take advantage of your stay to taste the mussels from La Plaine-sur-Mer, the ice creams and jams from La Fraiseraie, the famous Saint-Michel galettes, the Curé Nantais, just as delicious hot as cold, not forgetting the local beers from La Brigantine, to be enjoyed in moderation.

Come and discover the 43 km of coastline of "La Côte de Jade" and the maritime city of Pornic. Set off to explore its coves and sandy beaches in a preserved natural environment, combining the charm of the peaceful countryside and proximity to the ocean.

This family home of 140m² on a fenced plot of 835m² has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, thus accommodating up to 8 people.

The living area consists of a fitted kitchen open to the dining room and lounge and is equipped with induction hobs, a microwave, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a filter and pod coffee maker "Senseo", a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (rice cooker, pressure cooker, seafood accessories). The lounge with WIFI has a television and a wood-burning stove (available from October) and provides access to a wooden terrace of 25m² with outdoor furniture. (Table, chairs, sun loungers, garden furniture, shade sails, gas plancha).
The half-landing offers two double bedrooms (160 beds) one of which has access to the balcony, a bathroom and an independent WC. On the lower level there is a double bedroom (140 beds), a bathroom, an independent WC and a double bedroom (two 90 beds) with TV corner.
A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and a travel cot complete the rental. You have three parking spaces on the property.

From your accommodation, head on foot or by bike towards the maritime city of Pornic. Discover the Ville Haute of Pornic, its old harbour and castle, or take the path towards the wild coast in the direction of Préfailles. Be sure not to leave without having tasted all the local specialities of the shellfish farming area of La Plaine sur Mer such as "Moules de bouchots" and "La Spiruline et Algues de Retz", the oysters from the aquaculture zone of Collet aux Moutiers en Retz, the famous ice creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the celebrated cakes and galettes "St-Michel", and not forgetting the unique local cheese, equally good hot or cold, "Le curé Nantais".
