Located 350m from the historic centre and 950m from the Noëveillard beach, this renovated 95m² house with a closed garden has a master suite on the first floor (single or double bed of 160), a double bedroom (160 bed) and a study/bedroom on the ground floor (140 sofa bed), thus able to accommodate up to 6 people.

To help you feel at home, the open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter and capsule coffee machine, a citrus press, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The living room has a television and Wi-Fi access. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, each room has its own dual-flow hot/cold air conditioning and a washing machine, hairdryer, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers are also available. You can park up to two vehicles on the enclosed ground.

It has two double bedrooms (160 beds) and a comfortable sofa bed, able to accommodate up to 6 people.

The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home; induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette maker....
