"Ty Maria" is a typical house, fully renovated, measuring 50 m² over two levels and able to accommodate up to 4 people.
It has two bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with a private bathroom, a toilet, a television and a small balcony.
On the ground floor, the open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a French press, a toaster, a citrus press, a blender, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The living-dining room has a television and a WIFI connection with fibre. An additional bathroom and an independent toilet complete this level.

Choose Pornic and the Jade Coast for a stay entirely accessible on foot. Located in the residence "Le Domaine du Golf", the rental is just a stone's throw from the Pornic Golf Course and only 1 km from the Blue Flag beach at "La Noëveillard", the port, bars and restaurants.

This terraced house of 28m² has a double bedroom (140 bed) in the mezzanine and a sofa bed, thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.

It consists of an open kitchen with induction hobs as well as all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (refrigerator - freezer, microwave, small oven, filter coffee maker, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and kettle). A living room with TV overlooks the garden and its terrace equipped with a sun canopy. A bathroom with independent toilet completes the rental. A hairdryer, a washing machine, garden furniture (sunbeds and electric grill) are also at your disposal.

Enjoy the (unheated) swimming pool offered by the residence from 15 June to 15 September. You also have a private parking space.
