The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home; induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker (DOLCE GUSTO), dishwasher, toaster, kettle. The lounge-dining room has WI-FI access and opens onto a 30m² terrace with outdoor furniture and electric awning. A bathroom with WC upstairs and an independent WC on the ground floor complete the rental. For maximum comfort, outdoor furniture; table, chairs, outdoor lounge, sun loungers, and plancha will allow you to enjoy the terrace or enclosed patio sheltered from view. You can park one vehicle on the property and another in the private garage attached to the house.
