Perfect for a family or friends' stay, the house can accommodate up to 6 travellers; it offers a master suite upstairs with flexible sleeping arrangements (2 single beds or 1 double bed 160) and on the ground floor a double bedroom with a 160 bed and an office/bedroom with a 140 sofa bed.

The main living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen:

Located at the gates of the historic district of Pornic and just 600m from "La plage de la Noëveillard", the port, shops, bars and restaurants; "Les Iris" is a single-storey house of 90m², set in an enclosed garden of 600 m². It has two double bedrooms (beds of 140 and 160) and a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 people.

The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home; induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine…. The lounge has a television and Wi-Fi access. (Fireplace not available) The veranda serves as a dining room and overlooks the enclosed garden. A shower room and separate WC complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a washing machine, hairdryer, travel cot, garden table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue are available.
