This terraced house of 28m² has a double sleeping area (140 bed) in the mezzanine and a sofa bed, thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.

It consists of an open kitchen with induction hobs and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (refrigerator - freezer, microwave, small oven, filter coffee maker, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and kettle). A living room with TV overlooks a terrace and the garden and has a sun awning. A bathroom with independent WC completes the rental. A hairdryer, a washing machine, garden furniture (garden furniture and electric grill) are also provided.
Enjoy the (unheated) swimming pool offered by the residence from 15 June to 15 September. You have a private parking space just a stone's throw from your accommodation.

The accommodation offers a perfect starting point for discovering the riches of the Jade Coast; 300m from Porteau Beach, the coastal path and approximately 1km on foot from the town of Sainte Marie.
This single-storey house of 40m² on a 300m² plot with a small unheated pool, open from 30 May to 13 September (2m long and 80 cm deep, chlorine-treated) has a double bedroom with TV (140 bed) accessible from the outside or inside of the house, then a second connecting room serving as a TV lounge or bedroom with a double bed (140 bed) thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.
The kitchen-dining area is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. The shower room with WC is connecting, so it is accessible from each bedroom. For maximum comfort, an external room with a washing machine and an additional WC are at your disposal.
On the garden side, it is enclosed with options for you to relax; a 20m² wooden terrace with table, chairs, barbecue and sun awning or the second wooden terrace giving access to the pool with a small outdoor lounge and sunbeds to relax.
