Enjoy an extended weekend or a vacation with family or friends on the Jade Coast. Grab your bikes, flip flops and towels to set off on an adventure, between Pornic and La Plaine-sur-Mer, in one of the oldest seaside resorts on the coast, Préfaults! Relaxing, gastronomy, fishing on foot, walks along the coastal path, hiking, water sports and other outdoor activities will delight young and old alike... All your senses will be awakened, from Pointe Saint Gildas to the Côte Sauvage!
Located in the heart of the picturesque streets of the village of Préfaults, a few steps from the beach, bakeries, bike rentals, cafes and restaurants. This 1900 villa, named Villa Angevina, is 160m² on a plot of 700m².
It has a double bedroom (1x140) on the ground floor and upstairs three double bedrooms (3x140) as well as two bedrooms with bunk beds (4 x 90) for a capacity of 12 people.
In order of visit, you will enter a living room composed of a comfortable dining room, an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, microwave, filter coffee maker, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more). A lounge TV Wifi Fireplace with wood available. A back kitchen where you will find a shower back from the beach, a washing machine and dryer, an additional fridge-freezer and childcare equipment (umbrella bed, bath, tub, potty, high chair)
On the ground floor a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. Upstairs a bathroom with toilet completes the house
Follow the course of the sun, on one side or the other of the house, enjoy the shade of the fruit trees. For maximum comfort, garden furniture is provided (table, chairs, deckchairs, umbrella). Cook the crap of the day on the gas griddle or on a charcoal barbecue.
Two secure parking spaces are adjacent to the house. For additional spaces, the beach car park is just a stone's throw away.
Located in an ideal area for families, the rental is right in the center of Préfaults and at;
- 100m from shops (“Le Grand Bazar”, local market and supermarket, “the bakery in the center”, bike rental, bar-restaurants, oyster shack, art shops)
- 100m from the first cycle paths of “La Loire à Vélo” or the “Vélocéan” circuit connecting Bourgneuf Bay to Mesquer.
- 200m from the beach “Grande Plage”

Cette villa est juste parfaite pour des vacances en famille, nous étions 13 dont 4 enfants, et tout le monde avait sa place. Le jardin est vraiment très agréable. Des moments inoubliable ! Je la recommande les yeux fermés !
