Pack your bikes, flip-flops, and towels to set off on an adventure, between Pornic and La Plaine-sur-Mer, in one of the oldest seaside resorts on the coast, Préfailles! Where relaxation, gastronomy, rock pooling, walks along the coastal path, hiking, water sports, and other outdoor activities will delight both young and old... All your senses will be awakened, from Pointe Saint Gildas to the Wild Coast!
Located in the heart of the picturesque lanes of the town of Préfailles, a few steps from the beach, bakeries, bicycle rental, café and restaurants. This 1900 villa, named Villa Angevina, is 160m² on a plot of 700m².
She has a ground floor double bedroom (1x140) and upstairs three double bedrooms (3x140) as well as two rooms with bunk beds (4 x 90) with a capacity of 12 people.
In the order of visit, you will enter a living area consisting of a comfortable dining room, an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more). A TV lounge with WiFi and fireplace with wood available. A utility room where you will find a beach shower, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an additional fridge-freezer and childcare equipment (travel cot, bathtub, potty, high chair)
On the ground floor, a bathroom with an Italian shower and independent toilet. Upstairs, a bathroom with toilet completes the house
Follow the sun's course, on one side or the other of the house, enjoy the shade of fruit trees. For maximum comfort, garden furniture is provided (table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol). Cook the day's catch on the gas plancha or charcoal barbecue.
Two secure parking spaces are adjacent to the house. For additional spaces, the beach car park is just a stone's throw away.
Located in an ideal area for families, the rental is in the heart of Préfailles and:
- 100m from shops ("Le Grand Bazar", local market and convenience store, "le fournil du centre", bicycle rental, bars-restaurants, oyster cabin, art shops)

Cette villa est juste parfaite pour des vacances en famille, nous étions 13 dont 4 enfants, et tout le monde avait sa place. Le jardin est vraiment très agréable. Des moments inoubliable ! Je la recommande les yeux fermés !
