Located in the heart of the picturesque lanes of the town of Préfailles, a few steps from the beach, bakeries, bicycle rental, café and restaurants. This 1900 villa, named Villa Angevina, is 160m² on a plot of 700m².

She has a ground floor double bedroom (1x140) and upstairs three double bedrooms (3x140) as well as two rooms with bunk beds (4 x 90) with a capacity of 12 people.

In the order of visit, you will enter a living area consisting of a comfortable dining room, an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more). A TV lounge with WiFi and fireplace with wood available. A utility room where you will find a beach shower, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an additional fridge-freezer and childcare equipment (travel cot, bathtub, potty, high chair)
On the ground floor, a bathroom with an Italian shower and independent toilet. Upstairs, a bathroom with toilet completes the house
Follow the sun's course, on one side or the other of the house, enjoy the shade of fruit trees. For maximum comfort, garden furniture is provided (table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol). Cook the day's catch on the gas plancha or charcoal barbecue.

Two secure parking spaces are adjacent to the house. For additional spaces, the beach car park is just a stone's throw away.

An outdoor shower and independent toilet are there to facilitate returns from fishing and beach, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and childcare equipment completes the house.
On the sleeping side, on the ground floor you will find, 1 double bedroom with shower room, 1 double bedroom passing through to a playroom. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, two with individual water point, one single bedroom and a bathroom.

You will be able to park up to 2 cars on the secure ground of the house. For additional spaces, the car parks in the centre are just a stone's throw away.
