Located in the heart of the picturesque streets of the village of Préfaults, a few steps from the beach, bakeries, bike rentals, cafes and restaurants. This 1900 villa, named Villa Angevina, is 160m² on a plot of 700m².

It has a double bedroom (1x140) on the ground floor and upstairs three double bedrooms (3x140) as well as two bedrooms with bunk beds (4 x 90) for a capacity of 12 people.

In order of visit, you will enter a living room composed of a comfortable dining room, an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, microwave, filter coffee maker, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more). A lounge TV Wifi Fireplace with wood available. Two secure parking spaces are adjacent to the house. For additional spaces, the beach car park is just a stone's throw away.
