Don't tell anyone, the fisheries of Tharon-Plage at Saint Michel are in the top 3 best sunset spots on the coast, you will surely leave with the most beautiful holiday photos with the sun setting in the sea in summer and winter just a few steps from the house.
Located beneath the pines at the edge of Bois Roi and its health trail, this 110m² Nantaise house is built on a former dune of 700m² just a few steps from the beaches and the village of Saint-Michel, (church, markets, delicatessen, bakery, cinema, biscuit factory, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, press café bar and restaurants). Its garden and terrace will be ideal for sharing moments of conviviality. The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 1 child.
Of the "Nantaise" type, this means that the living spaces are on the upper floor, which still allows, despite the pines and trees, to enjoy a small sea view.
On the upper floor, you will find a living space consisting of a TV lounge with WiFi connection and a wood-burning stove (wood provided), a kitchen (6/2023) opening onto a dining room equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more).
On the half landing, you will have a bedroom (160) and a child's bed (90), a double bedroom (140) and a twin bedroom (2x90). A shower room and an independent toilet complete this level.
On the ground floor, entirely renovated (5/24); you will access a double bedroom (140) and a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet.
For maximum comfort, a gas hob, garden furniture, an awning and a washing machine are available.
You will be able to secure your bicycles and store surfboards in the garage. You will be able to easily park for free on the street in front of the house.
