Located 50 m from the sea, a few steps from the beaches and the town of Saint-Michel (church, markets, delicatessen, bakery, cinema, biscuit shop, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, press, café-bar and restaurants), at the end of a one-way street, in the calm of a small private path, Les Mimosas is a duo of atypical houses of more than 110 m² that can accommodate up to 8 adults and 3 children.
The main house has a fibre Wi-Fi connection and consists of an entrance with wardrobes, an independent bathroom, a recent semi-open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, dishwasher, toaster, kettle).
The TV lounge and dining room have a pellet stove (pellets available) and a reversible air conditioning. Two ground floor bedrooms, one with a Queen Size bed (160x200), the other with two double beds (140x190), as well as an independent WC complete this house.
With access from the outside, the second house has a living room with a small kitchenette, a wood-burning fireplace insert, and a large transformable table that can become a billiards or ping-pong table, capable of accommodating all guests for meals. An independent WC completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, with access from the outside through a troglodyte door, you will find two attic bedrooms, a first through bedroom with a double bed (140x190), then a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190) and its bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue for summer evenings.
For maximum comfort, you will have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a travel cot. You can secure your bicycles or park up to 2 cars in the house's parking area; additional free public spaces are available in the street, opposite the rental.

In a row, an independent WC, an independent bathroom, a double bedroom (140) with a baby bed and a double bedroom (160). The South wing gives access to the large living room and its fireplace (with wood available) and access to fibre WiFi. Then in a row an independent WC, an independent Italian-style bathroom, a double bedroom (160) and a passing single bedroom (90). Upstairs you will have a master suite (160) with an Italian-style bathroom and WC, and a double bedroom (140) with a bathroom.
