With a surface area of 130 m², and a garden of 750 m², its proximity to the seaside will delight you. The visit begins on the ground floor, with an open kitchen overlooking the living room. Elegant and fully equipped, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, and an induction hob to prepare good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make your life easier. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso pod coffee maker will help you start the day well. A large friendly table awaits you to gather around delicious seafood platters or homemade dishes.
Want to have your meals in the sun? A large 45 m² terrace awaits you with its garden furniture. The house has three relaxation areas: the first, in the living room, with its comfortable armchairs and sofas; the second, smaller, upstairs on the landing, has three seats and a television; finally, the third is set up on the terrace, with a bench and two armchairs.
For your nights, a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a private bathroom with shower and WC is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. One of them has a double bed, the other two have two single beds each (90x190). You will also find a third bed reserved for a child (70x180).
For more comfort, you will also find an independent WC on the ground floor, a washer-dryer, two parking spaces and an outdoor shower for returning from the beach. A vinyl turntable, children's games and books are also available.
