Come and discover this charming modern house located in Sarzeau, just a few metres from the Saint-Jacques fishing port. You will appreciate its enclosed garden with its terrace, ideal for relaxing on sun loungers or for sharing a barbecue together.

Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children.

Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa and armchairs, perfect for your moments of relaxation. The kitchen, open to the living space and well equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker are also at your disposal. You can share your meals indoors, or you can also enjoy the table set up on the terrace.

On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed with access to its en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 3: equipped with two single beds
Bedroom 4: equipped with two bunk beds

Another bathroom as well as an outdoor shower complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. You will be able to park up to two vehicles on the private parking of the rental.

In season, every Monday the market is within reach as it is directly on Saint-Jacques Harbour just a few metres from the house, and Thursday morning in Sarzeau.

For your family or friends' holiday on the Rhuys peninsula, we have found this large house for you, equipped to accommodate up to 9 people (maximum 8 adults).

With a surface area of 130 m², featuring a garden of 750 m², its proximity to the seaside will delight you. The visit begins on the ground floor, with an open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room. Elegant and fully equipped, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, and an induction hob for preparing delicious meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make life easier for you. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker will help you start the day well. A large convivial table awaits you to gather around delicious seafood platters or homemade dishes.

Fancy having your meals in the sun? A large terrace of 45 m² awaits you with its garden furniture. The house has three relaxation areas: the first, in the living room, with its comfortable armchairs and sofas; the second, smaller, upstairs on the landing, has three seats and a television; finally, the third is set up on the terrace, with a bench and two armchairs.

For your nights, a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a private bathroom with shower and WC is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. One of them has a double bed, the other two have two single beds each (90x190). You will also find a third bed reserved for a child (70x180).

For added comfort, you will also find an independent toilet on the ground floor, a washing machine dryer, two parking spaces and an outdoor shower for your return from the beach. A vinyl record player, children's games and books are also at your disposal.
