Welcome to this family holiday home located in Penvins, a charming district of Sarzeau. Access via the private gate to the residential area a pedestrian and cycle path leading to the beach 500m away, and going back up towards the town (1km). Fully furnished and equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. You will enjoy a large enclosed garden, a 30m² terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue for your outdoor meals. Swimming, water activities and seaside walks will punctuate your stay, it is the perfect starting point for discovering the treasures of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Pass through the front door and discover a large living space of nearly 60m2. The kitchen, open-plan, is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso capsule machine and a filter coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 8 people or prefer the one on the terrace on fine days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled in the sofas around the coffee table. A television is also located in the living room.
The house has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), wardrobe and television. Upstairs, a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), baby cot and television, as well as two children's bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm), games and books.
Two bathrooms are at your disposal: one on the ground floor with shower and hairdryer, the other upstairs with shower and bathtub. The two toilets are separate for added comfort.
The house is also equipped with a travel cot, an adjustable high chair, a toilet seat reducer/booster, step stools, a lightweight pushchair as well as a washing machine.
Two parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
