Welcome to this family holiday home located in Penvins, a charming district of Sarzeau. Access through the private gate to the development via a pedestrian and bicycle path leading to the beach 500m away, and leading up to the town (1km). Fully furnished and equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. You will enjoy a large enclosed garden, a 30m² terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue for your outdoor meals. Swimming, water activities and seaside walks will punctuate your stay, it is the perfect starting point for discovering the treasures of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living area of nearly 60m2. The open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, Nespresso capsule machine, and filter coffee maker are available. Share your meals around the dining table for 8 people or prefer the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the living area, comfortably seated on the sofas around the coffee table. A television is also located in the living area.
