On the south coast of the Rhuys peninsula, we offer you the opportunity to spend your holiday in this beautiful new house with modern architecture. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, it provides all the necessary comfort for a successful holiday.
Built on two levels, the house first consists of the ground floor, where you will discover a large, bright living room. The kitchen, completely new and equipped, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. You will find an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine are at your disposal.
The dining room, with its large table, will allow you to share good moments with family or friends. The TV lounge, equipped with a comfortable sofa, invites you to relax.
At night, the ground floor has two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a desk and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x190). An independent toilet completes this level.
Upstairs, two other bedrooms await you: the first, spacious, offers a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a desk, while the second, equipped with a bunk bed (2x 90x190), will be ideal for children. A second bathroom with WC completes this floor.
For your comfort, you will be able to park two vehicles on the plot and enjoy a washing machine.
