Dating from 1827, this charming building and its large spaces will allow you to fully enjoy your family stay in Sarzeau. The owners have thought of everything and several games await you there! Finally, located near the ocean, treat yourself to a seaside getaway by using the nearby bike paths or go to the Gulf side and crisscross from island to island...
Beautiful and welcoming house of 150 m² fully equipped in Sarzeau which has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a large fenced garden of 3,000 m², a 50 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, Internet access via Orange box, a television and outdoor parking. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven and induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, toaster, kettle and juicer. You will find everything you need for young and old to thrive: ping pong table, slide, slide, badminton, racket, table football, board games, darts, bowling green with petanque balls available. If you windsurf or cycle, sheltered storage is available in the garden. Located near the Castle of Suscinio, the rental is located at:
- 3 km from the center of “Sarzeau”
- 2 km from the supermarket “Casino Sarzeau” and the beaches of “Suscinio” and “Landrezac”
- 6 km from the theme park “O Bonheur des Gosses”
- 5.7 km Penvins Beach with its kitesurfing spot and sailing club (courses and private lessons, windsurfing rentals, catamaran, optimist, paddle, kayak and sand yachting)
- 11 km from the “Bue Green Rhuys Kerver” Golf Resort
