As for the kitchen, it is equipped with everything necessary: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
When evening comes, three rooms are available. The first is spacious, it has a large double bed, it is a soothing room, ideal for resting in complete tranquility, moreover it has an adjoining bathroom. The second, with orange touches, has a double bed, and the last one will delight children with its bunk bed and single bed.
For even more convenience, the house is equipped with a bathroom, an independent toilet, a hairdryer, a high chair, a baby bathtub, a travel cot, a DVD player, and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Additionally, four private outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you.
Located in an ideal area for families and near the sea, the rental is located at:
- 450 m from the theme park and restaurant "La Bellière"
- 950 m from the sandy beach "du Veillon"
- 1 km from the supermarket "Proxy"
- 1 km from the "Port de Bougenay"
- 2 km from the restaurant "Maléo"

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette maison très confortable avec ses 2 sanitaires et ses 3 chambres. Elle est très bien équipée et dispose d un magnifique mobilier tout neuf.
