This is a charming little nest for two, with feet in the water, that we offer you 3 minutes walk from the large fine sandy beach of Bénodet. Located behind the Casino, the residence is both close to everything and peaceful.
On the 3rd floor of the building, you will enter a lovely living room, with a large bay window opening onto the balcony. A kitchenette, equipped with a vitroceramic hob, a refrigerator, a combined microwave grill, a Senseo coffee maker and a toaster, also offers a dining area with its high table and bar stools.
The sleeping area is located in the living room and includes a large double bed, a television and a wardrobe. By opening the bay window curtains in the morning, you will have a lovely view of the residence's park and access to the balcony, for good breakfasts outside. For lunches or dinners, an electric barbecue, a table and chairs are at your disposal.
Finally, a bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet complete this studio. A washing machine is available in the accommodation. For more comfort, you can park your vehicle in the residence's private parking space. A bicycle storage room is also available.
