Typical sector, sought after for its lovely lively streets, its famous market, you will be at the centre of this charming atmosphere. Thanks to the Passeur, you cross the port in a few minutes to reach the Remblai and its large beach.
The studio consists of a large living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, with a 3-burner induction hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a combined fridge-freezer, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a toaster.
You can have your meals around a "high table" and its high chairs. On the lounge side, to relax and sleep, you will find a large sofa bed, a coffee table and a television. A lovely bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC completes the accommodation.
A small inner courtyard with its fitted terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors thanks to its garden furniture.
