Located on the 4th floor (with lift) of a secure residence, the apartment has a large, warm living area with access to the balcony through a French window. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
