Your accommodation is ideally situated at the gates of Pornic's historic district, just 100 metres from the blue flag beach of la Noëveillard, the marina, bars and restaurants.
This 160 m² family villa, nestled in a fully enclosed wooded park, can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 4 double bedrooms spread over two levels.

The main living areas — lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet — are located on the upper floor.
The independent kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to feel at home:

In Loire Atlantique south of Saint-Nazaire, cross France's largest bridge to discover the Côte de Jade and the history of seaside resorts in the Nantais region, the traditional land of Gilles de Retz. Between Saint-Brévin, Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef and Pornic, with family or friends, settle your luggage in this hamlet twinned with Pornic, renowned for its succession of small creeks of blonde sand. Sainte Marie benefits from being both peaceful whilst remaining close to the town and beaches.

This 90 m² single-storey house and its enclosed wooded garden of 900m² are ideally located to enjoy all the activities of the surrounding seaside resorts. Just 300m from the first beaches between sea and countryside, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people (3 adults and 3 children)

The living-dining room has a television, WIFI internet connection (fibre network) and a fireplace. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home; electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, citrus press, blender, kettle, oil-free fryer and all kitchen essentials. The sleeping area comprises a master suite (180cm bed) with en-suite bathroom, WC and utility room, a double bedroom (160cm bed) and a dormitory room with a single bed (90cm bed) then in a mezzanine (low ceiling height) a double bed (140cm bed) and a single bed (80cm bed). An independent shower room with WC completes the rental.

For maximum comfort, the following are provided: a desk with large screen and Apple keyboard, a washing machine, a hairdryer, ironing table and iron, a fan, childcare equipment (high chair and Björn baby bed), a barbecue, table tennis table and outdoor furniture (tables, chairs and sun lounger).

Up to three vehicles can be parked in the enclosed and secure car park of the rental.

Be sure not to leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchots Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer, the famous Ice creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious Galettes from "St-Michel", the "Le curé Nantais" which is as good hot as cold, as well as in moderation the local beers from "La Brigantine".
