"Ty Maria" is a typical house, fully renovated, measuring 50 m² over two levels and able to accommodate up to 4 people.
It has two bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with a private bathroom, a toilet, a television and a small balcony.
On the ground floor, the open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a French press, a toaster, a citrus press, a blender, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The living-dining room has a television and a WIFI connection with fibre. An additional bathroom and an independent toilet complete this level.

Choose Pornic and the Jade Coast for a stay entirely accessible on foot. Located in the residence "Le Domaine du Golf", the rental is just a stone's throw from the Pornic Golf Course and only 1 km from the Blue Flag beach at "La Noëveillard", the port, bars and restaurants.

This terraced house of 28m² has a double bedroom (140 bed) in the mezzanine and a sofa bed, thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.

It consists of an open kitchen with induction hobs as well as all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (refrigerator - freezer, microwave, small oven, filter coffee maker, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and kettle). A living room with TV overlooks the garden and its terrace equipped with a sun canopy. A bathroom with independent toilet completes the rental.
