This 120 m² house is located in a small corner of paradise in Southern Brittany, between the Atlantic coast and the Gulf of Morbihan, a few meters from the fishing port of Saint-Jacques, near the city of Sarzeau.
This pretty accommodation has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a fenced garden, a 20 m² terrace, garden furniture (dining area and deckchairs) and a barbecue. You will also find a shower at the end of the house.
This house is fully equipped and has all the amenities inside and out.
In particular, you will find a large dining kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. In season, every Monday the market is within reach since directly on the Port of Saint-Jacques a few meters from the house and on Thursday morning in Sarzeau. The islands of South Brittany (Houat, Hoëdic, Belle-Ile) and the Gulf of Morbihan (Ile aux Moins, Ile d'Ars,...) are also not very far away and can easily be the subject of a day trip.
